Fee Schedule
Unlike other firms, our fee is highly competitive and payable only when a candidate we introduce, present or refer is hired/employed by your organization, a subsidiary, division, affiliate, or any firm to which you may refer one of our candidates within a nine month period of such said introduction. Our fee is based on a percentage of the candidate’s base annual salary. We do not bill for bonuses or signing allowances. We guarantee all placements for three months after the candidate’s first day of employment with your organization. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a candidate, we will provide a 50% refund or replacement during the first 30 work days of the candidate commencing employment with your organization. After 30 working days from the day the candidate commences employment with your organization, we will provide a 30% refund/credit. No credit, refund or replacement will be provided after 90 working days.

Our consultants understand your business. Unlike other firms, we will not recruit from your organization, while we are conducting business with you. During our initial discussion with you, we will assess your business practices to ensure that the candidates we present are compatible with your organization. Our Marketing personnel will assess and analyze marketing trends to make sure we understand your business. Thus, our search begins with your expectations. Wherever possible, we will meet with you to better understand your staffing requirements and to discover and discuss any items or issues unique to the needs of your organization.
